In this trailer, the narrator actually says that Daddy you are as fast as Shanks as strong as Luffy you are my favorite Pirate shirt “evil will pass through from their world into our own…the darkest hour is upon us all”. We, the audience, are meant to feel part of this world, as though we have a stake in the darkness that is coming, compelling us to not only go see the movie but have a vested interest in its outcome. The Pirates series, directed by Gore Verbinski, is much more brightly lit. There are a lot of outdoor scenes with brilliant sunlight illuminating everything. The two scenes that take place in relative darkness are the exception, not the rule. These movies are less heavy than the Harry Potter movies, in the sense that they do not have any serious moments that are not punctuated with humor. The brightness helps keep the tone light. These movies are seeking to entertain- with fight scenes, love stories, and humor. The trailers are for the pure enjoyment of audience members because while the movies are engaging, the world of these Pirates does not threaten to spill into our own.

Best Daddy you are as fast as Shanks as strong as Luffy you are my favorite Pirate shirt
In the Pirates trailers, however, you have well made, Daddy you are as fast as Shanks as strong as Luffy you are my favorite Pirate shirt but less intricate sets. What the viewer sees is what they would expect to see in a Pirate movie, and the sets functions as backgrounds, rather than main movie attractions. A lot of the scenes in the trailers take place on ships. As each new ship enters, it must be introduced, and the audience members must be informed of its significance. Besides, the ships, however, where the action takes place are of relatively low importance. What is important when Jack Sparrow gets slapped at the end of the first movie’s trailer, is that the line afterward, “I may have deserved that”, is funny, rather than the name and location of the dock it takes place on.
